San Carlos Airport Association General Membership Meeting
Thursday, September 4th, 2025 at 6:30 PM 
at the Skyway Center, 655 Skyway Road.

Our guest speakers will be Robinson Aviation (RVA), the folks responsible for ATC in the San Carlos tower:

Area Manager, RVA

This will be your chance to learn about Robinson Aviation, the FAA contract tower program, the challenges of working the tower at San Carlos Airport, and how pilots and airport users can help RVA provide the best and safest ATC service possible.

Gretchen Kelly, our Airport Manager, will also be available to update us on several topics of importance to all airport users, including:

• Airport access, movement area incursions, and the introduction of a ramp driving written test and new photo-ID keycards.
• Taxiway reconfiguration project — the current expected schedule and logistics for airport users.

…and, of course, your questions for both RVA and Gretchen.
